Stop by anytime during this window to complete paperwork and meet your child's teacher. No appointment needed — come whenever works for your schedule. (Kindergarten families: your teacher has already scheduled an individual appointment time with you — please plan to attend at your scheduled time.) New GES school shirts will also be available for purchase for $10 each — cash, check, or credit card accepted.
First Day of School

🔔 School day: 8:20 a.m. – 2:50 p.m.
Please don't worry if you don't have all of your child's school supplies gathered by the first day — Virginia's Sales Tax Holiday runs August 7–9, so there's still time to shop tax-free over the weekend and get everything checked off the list.
Our therapy dog Maple will be here to help greet our Greendale family and get the year off to a soft-paws, strong-roars start!
